Why this reads as healthy
Dry-type transformers generate heat through core and winding losses as a normal part of operation. What matters in a thermal scan is whether the three winding columns are heating evenly and whether the temperature is within the transformer's rated limits. This transformer shows balanced winding temperatures with no single phase reading significantly hotter than the others. The pattern is consistent with normal transformer operation under load and no corrective action is indicated.
