Every report includes a list of every piece of equipment in the agreed scope, not just the ones with a finding, so you know exactly what was inspected and what was not.
- What equipment was included, and where it is located
- Whether each item had no notable thermal issue or a documented finding
- A quick severity summary for anything flagged
- What could not be opened or scanned, and why, when applicable
This protects you and us: it proves nothing in scope was overlooked, gives you a clear maintenance record, and shows precisely what could not be accessed due to site, safety, or operational conditions, so follow-up can be planned with full information.
Printed copies
Digital PDF reports are standard. Printed paper copies of the report and equipment list are available upon request and can be included when requested during the proposal process.
