How it works
From proposal to report, and what happens after.
No surprises and no production interruption. Inspection is performed on energized equipment under load, following established electrical safety practices.
Scope and proposal
We discuss your facility, equipment scope, and what you are trying to accomplish. You receive a proposal with scope, pricing, and what to expect — no surprises before work begins.
Service agreement and scheduling
Once the proposal is accepted, the service agreement is signed and we coordinate the inspection date around your schedule and operational windows.
Site coordination
We coordinate access, escort requirements, and any facility-specific requirements ahead of the visit. Infinite Infrared can work with high-security facilities and comply with client-required screening when applicable. Team members are U.S. citizens.
Inspection under load
We open and scan all safe, accessible, in-scope equipment while energized under appropriate load conditions, following established electrical safety practices. Digital PDF reports are standard. Printed paper copies of the report and equipment list are available upon request and can be included when requested during the proposal process.
Critical findings communicated promptly
If a critical or urgent issue is found, we communicate it to the site contact as soon as practical — well before the final report is delivered — so fast action can be taken.
Report and equipment list delivered
Your report includes thermal and visual findings, severity classification, prioritized recommendations, and a full equipment list documenting every item in scope and whether it had a finding.
Follow-up support when needed
If findings call for engineering, repair, or related work, we can help coordinate that through qualified partners so you have a single point of accountability.
